Newly created customer care role suited to a candidate with excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and a sense of humour to work in a vibrant and busy office located in Reading.

The role involves handling a variety of in-bound and outbound calls, progressing claims in accordance with policy terms and issuing payments using internal systems. You will handle authorisations and process invoices and be responsible for resolving a range of customer queries over the phone.

Basic proficiency using Word, Excel will be required. Potentially suitable candidates have a background working for an electrical appliance "white goods" manufacturer or retailer, where they have built up some basic product knowledge. Any additional experience in a customer care role would also be advantageous.
