Hospital Recruitment International (HRI Ltd) are currently recruiting for a community nurse care coordinator to work for a private Healthcare company based in Swindon.

To be considered for this roles you must meet the criteria set out below and be NMC registered.

Qualifications and Training
(Essential - E, Desirable - D)

RN Adult, RN child, EN-E
Community Care qualification -D
City and guilds 730 ENB 998 D/E

Post Graduate -D
Evidence of continued study-E
Knowledge / Experience
A minimum of 2 years experience at E grade
Broad and generalist experience - clinical managerial, life -E
Community care experience-D
Commercial experience -D
An understanding of Clinical Governance
Involvement in incident and complaint management-D
Experience of working in critical care area--D
Skills and Aptitudes
Effective listener-E
IV skills, ideally central, implanted and peripheral-D Phlebotomy and cannulation skills -D Basic IT skills-E
Ability to facilitate the development of others
Driving License is essential and you need to be prepared to do some night/weekend shifts initially but this will change longer term
