Our client is looking for a Co-Ordinator to join their busy Parts department.
Job Role:
Overall department function is to order and import parts from outside the EU and then deliver and sell to UK Suppliers. Raising accurate purchase orders for stock with allocated suppliers. Create and issue invoice to customers for delivered products. Ensure smooth import of goods through customs via specific forwarding agent. Deal with any customer queries as and when required. personal attributes: Experience with Imports/Exports/Purchasing or Sales Co-Ordination is desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to prioritise workload. Strong and accurate numerical skills. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel. associated benefits: Temporary to Permanent. Hours of work are Monday Thursday 8.30am 5.30pm Friday 8.30am 4.30pm.
