AUDIO VISUAL
SALES MANAGER/DIRECTOR


Reading circa £45,000 + Bonus
Our client specialise in constructing the appropriate audio visual solution to suit the clients needs. They offer projectors, plasmas and LCD audio systems, audio visual furniture, boardroom equipment, interactive products, control systems and video conferencing suites with qualified engineers and project managers. They can offer a professional installation service and maintenance plus comprehensive training to all clients. Due to the continued success year on year of the business are seeking to recruit a Sales Manager with previous management experience an audio visual background is preferable but not essential.

The Role: * Examining and improving current sales techniques and systems,
increasing projected targets and the daily running of the staff
* Must have strong experience in developing individuals to their maximum
abilities and also must be able to communicate with clients and internal
members of staff at all levels
* Supervision of the sales team
* Ensuring targets are met individually and as a company
* Developing individual business areas and developing individual skills
* You will be responsible for management and recruitment of the team
and responsible for training, development and motivation
* Management meetings
