Full Description:
Our client, a global organisation is looking currently looking for a Release Manager with a strong SQL 2000/2005.
The skills that will with:
• Operating Systems and related infrastructure applications - Windows NT/2000/2003 & IIS
• SQL 2000/2005 plus
• Active Directory
• Access control methods and security
• Relevant Windows scripting tools – Batch, SQL
• A variety of application types such as Internet, intranet or e-commerce business systems
• Production and maintenance of documentation
• Broad understanding and application of Security standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in working in a structured environment
• Excellent organisational skills
Familiar with:
• .Net development experience / Application Support
• Structured application development methodologies
• Business improvement processes
• Software deployment best practises
• Project planning and the role of project management
• A variety of internally developed or third party sourced application types such as Internet, intranet or e-commerce business systems and their needs in terms of Network infrastructure
• System configuration and configuration management
• ITIL concepts and procedures
